TENZING are on a journey to change the energy drinks game for good - they brought us onboard to re-energise their email channel after recognising it was underperforming and impeding their mission! The objectives were simple - improve the overall user journey with more personalised content, reduce the reliance on heavy discounts and help hit the online revenue stretch target.

The challenge

With no time to waste we set about overhauling their Klaviyo channel from the get-go! Key projects delivered in the first few months;

  • New and improved approach to acquisition - Reduced the sign-up offer to improve margins and introduced sport interest capture to serve more personalised content
  • Built a new email template to be more inline with the brand and new can designs
  • Audited and updated old existing Flows to plug any gaps and gain some quick wins!
  • Built a new Welcome Flow based on the new Welcome offer and sign-up interest
  • Cleaned the database and built new segments to optimise campaign performance and deliverability
  • Built a campaign plan incorporating their product and events schedule and ramped up sending
